Christmas Sweep doesn't have accounts. There's nothing to sign up for. Your data lives in your iCloud, syncs to your other devices, and never touches our infrastructure — because we don't have any.
For v1, Christmas Sweep syncs across your devices through your iCloud — iPhone, iPad, the works. Sharing across two Apple IDs (you and your spouse on different accounts) is on the roadmap as a separate feature.
It stays in your iCloud until you delete the app. We can't see it, can't keep a copy, and have no ability to retrieve it for anyone — including you. Export your gift list as a CSV from Settings any time.

Sign into iCloud on your new iPhone, install Christmas Sweep, your data syncs back down. The app intentionally has no separate "Christmas Sweep account" because that would just be one more thing to lose.
